FAQ
Q: How can I order your items?
A: You may submit an order form or for those who have pay pal account click the buy now button below the items. Indicate all of the information required.
Q: Are your items readily available?
A: Most of the items are PRE-ORDER but some are READY TO SHIP.
Q: How soon will I get my orders?
A: Normally is more or less than 10 working days after you send the 50% payment of items you ordered. I do not have cut off time.
Q: I could not understand the waiting time. For example If I pay on the 5th of the month (falls monday) when can I get it?
A: Count 10 days from the time you send your payment. So probably you will receive it on the 3rd week of the month.
Q: Can I change my orders?
A: Yes only if you don't send the payment yet.
Q: Can I cancel my orders?
A: No, we cannot cancel the order once it is submitted.
Q: Can I return or exchange items after I have received them?
A: Items cannot be returned or shipped back to us.
Q: How much do I need to pay once my order is confirmed?
A: All orders are required to be paid 50% upon ordering and the remaining 50% once the item is ready to ship.
Q: What if my order is out of stock and I have already paid for the item/s?
A: We will notify you as soon as we can. Customers can have an alternative order or we can send the money back via G-cash or Bank Deposit. Customers can also leave the money for future transaction.
Q: Is there a store that we can visit?
A: None.
Q: Do you do meet-ups?
A: Sorry No meet ups.
Q: Can I trust you on sending my payment?
A: Yes ofcourse you can contact xend and jrs express as they know me very well on shipping items. But if you are still in doubt simply do not fill up the order form.
